Effective 6 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Numeralens collects, why, and what you can do about it. The data controller is Prabin Bhusal, sole proprietor, Nepal, reachable at hello@numeralens.com.

This website

  • No cookies and no advertising trackers. This website sets no cookies. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you.
  • Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you email us

We use your email address and the content of your message to reply and to provide support. We keep support emails for the length of your support period plus a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

When you buy

Payments are processed by our online reseller, which acts as Merchant of Record and collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details. The reseller shares your name, email address, country and order details with us so we can deliver the software, provide support and keep business records required by law.

The live demo

The demo at numeralens.vercel.app uses shared demo accounts with fictional data. It sets one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and it stores your display preferences (such as theme and filters) in your browser's local storage. The demo uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page views and performance in aggregate; these do not use cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above (the reseller, Cloudflare and Vercel, plus our email provider) to run the business, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@numeralens.com. We will reply within 30 days. We may need to keep order records for as long as tax law requires.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
