Refund policy
Effective 5 October 2026
Numeralens is delivered as full source code, which can't be returned once downloaded. Please try the live demo and read the documentation before buying.
When you can get a refund
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software is materially defective and we are unable to fix the defect.
A defect means the software does not work as described on this website or in the documentation, for example when a clean install fails npm run typecheck, npm run lint, npm test or npm run build on a supported environment (Node.js 20 or newer).
When refunds are not available
- Change of mind after downloading.
- Incompatibility with environments the documentation does not support.
- Features that were not claimed on this website or in the documentation.
- Problems caused by your own modifications or by your backend's data.
How to request one
- Email hello@numeralens.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order number, the problem, the steps to reproduce it, and your Node.js version and operating system.
- We will first try to fix the defect, usually within 2–3 business days.
- If we can't fix it, we will issue a full refund through our reseller (the Merchant of Record) to your original payment method.
When a refund is issued, your licence ends and you must delete all copies of the software.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. Where the reseller's buyer terms give you broader refund rights, those terms apply.
