Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a Numeralens licence from this website. The software itself is used under the Numeralens Licence Agreement, which forms part of these terms.

1. Who we are

Numeralens is made and sold by Prabin Bhusal, a sole proprietor based in Nepal ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@numeralens.com.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use the Numeralens software, documentation and demo data under the tier you choose. You are not buying ownership of the software. Its copyright and other intellectual property remain ours.

Each additional end product needs its own licence. Reselling or redistributing Numeralens itself as a template, boilerplate or starter kit is not permitted. The Licence Agreement sets out the full permissions and restrictions.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are processed by our online reseller, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. The reseller handles payment, sales tax or VAT, invoicing and receipts, and its own buyer terms apply to the payment transaction. Its name appears at checkout and on your receipt.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your location. The founding price is limited to the first 30 licences sold. We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects an order already paid.

5. Delivery

The software is delivered digitally. After payment you receive a download link by email. If you have not received it within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us. There is no physical delivery.

6. Support and updates

Each licence includes six months of email support from the date of purchase, as described on the Support page. Updates are released at our discretion. When an update is released, you are entitled to it for your licensed end product at no extra cost.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

8. Demo content and financial figures

All companies, people and figures in the demo are fictional. Numeralens is an analytics interface, not an accounting system. It displays the data your systems supply and does not verify, audit or guarantee it. Nothing in the software or on this website is accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.

9. Liability

The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in sections 8 and 9 of the Licence Agreement apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. The payment transaction itself is also subject to the reseller's buyer terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in force on the date of your purchase govern that purchase.
